Awesome Xs 10. Great staff Great food Great service. I would eat there every meal if the didn't close so early. But that down time is probably why they are so good and on the ball!

Nice quaint restaurant. Service fast and friendly. Breakfast specials. Food was good, ordered eggs over easy and they had no yolks. Still haven't figured that one out yet and forgot to ask.

Great breakfast. Fast and reasonably priced. Great coffee in a cup I was delighted to be able to buy. Spanish omelet - onions, green peppers, salsa and provolone. Home fries. Sausage gravy. Delish!!!

Kenny's Corner is a place we have visited in the past and have enjoyed. It about a mile down the street from the condo we are staying at. They are open until 2:30 pm for break and brunch. They have a wide variety of choices to choose from. I got a 2 eggs special which came with your choice of sausage or bacon, toast, and home fries. I ordered a side of sausage gravy for the home fries. To drink I ordered and large orange juice. The food came out on time and was fresh. The server was rushing us to make a decision the whole time to order and finally we just hurried up and choose, so she would top acting like that. More than likely we will Be back to this place because it's close to our location and the food is good, but the service was horrible.

Exactly what you need out of a breakfast place. Delicious food, great service, and clean surroundings. The decor is very basic so if you're looking to be wowed by that this isn't the place. It was also very affordable for two people to eat considering the area.

Casual, comfortable restaurant. I usually have the turkey club. Nice service.

I've eaten here for about 15+ years. It's a tiny place with a limited breakfast menu, but it's always done right. No combination platters or 3 egg meals, but you can always customize your own breakfast. Nice staff. Mainly tourists with a few local regulars thrown in.

I can't believe I have been living down the street from this place and I am just now trying it. Boy have I been missing out on the best pancakes ever. These things are large and fluffy and they melt in your mouth. You only need to order 2 of them because that is more than enough to fill up one person. My man ordered the Spanish omelette and enjoyed it as well. It's a little spicy for me so beware if you don't like a little heat this is not the dish for you. The restaurant itself is tiny and parking spots are few and not easily accessible. It has a mom and pop feel to it which I enjoy as well. I don't think you will be disappointed if you try this place out for breakfast.

Another good breakfast place,

Was driving down Gulf blvd looking for a lunch spot. Found this small breakfast/lunch place. Great experience. Staff was friendly and the food was good. Eggs and home fries were delicious. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends

Food is great!!! Service is fast and friendly! Very reasonable prices especially being on the beach.

Food and service was good. However, management was inappropriately, disrepectful to the staff. Cussing at them in front of customers. Management staff was a older male with salt and pepper hair.

Average place. Nothing to speak of in terms of atmosphere or food. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop by, however if you are at the beach it does the job. The menu is pretty basic but be forewarned there isn't much selection. For instance if you want cheese on anything they only have american or provolone. Eggs and coffee don't pack in much flavor. Kids did love the pancakes so like the other reviews I would stick with those. Staff is very, very friendly and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite to each which are probably the main reasons we keep going back!

We ate here twice. If you are a fan of diner type place, this place should serve you well. They serve breakfast until closing (2:00pm). The place is small. Friendly waitress. Good food for very reasonable prices. Overall, it is a nice place to eat.

The service is always great and it's by far the best breakfast I've had on the beach. All of your favorites with a little southern flair.

Had lunch at Kenny's Corner restaurant in North Redington Beach yesterday. As soon as I walked in, the lady that apparently manages the place asked if I wanted a counter seat or a table, I said a table and she pointed to one. Menus are on the table by the window. A kind gracious waitress followed me to the table and asked what I wanted to drink. Coke please, and she immediately brings a glass full of ice, a straw and a can of coke. Open and pour yourself. Have you decided what you want? I'll have a fried fish sandwich? Cod or flounder? Not having had either one, I chose flounder. Tasty choice. Would you like potato salad or cole slaw? Slaw it is. This is a welcoming down-home come as you are place, where many older folks come to. Framed drawings of pelicans on the wall, along with colored fish, palm trees and other ornaments. A big thank you sign, plus another that says " You are entitled to my opinion" good vibes. The flouder sandwich and fixins appears in a few minutes, quite filling and delicious. Including the coke it came to just under ten. Considering it's right on the beach with little competition, prices may be a bit high perhaps. Glass of coke still half-full when getting ready to leave, and the same waitress asks if I'd like a cup to take it with me. Yes, and she brings a cup with cap. They get an A+ in customer service.

Cute little diner. And when I say little I mean it! Staff was very nice, food was pretty good, nothing that I could say was phenomenal. If you want your bacon crispy, tell them extra extra extra extra crispy! Otherwise it comes out kind of limp and chewy.

We go every year, multiple times, when we visit the area. Nobody does a better job making breakfast. The kitchen is incredibly quick, the eggs are cooked perfectly and the service is friendly. Best breakfast on the strip.
(5)Curt W.
Great little place. I had breakfast, actually I had two breakfasts (hey I was hungry). One was the French toast which came out nice and hot and was very tasty. The other was the standard 2 eggs with grits and sausage...again very well prepared and out quickly. I have to say too that the staff there never stops moving...you won't sit long with a dirty plate or without a friendly "can I get you something else?"
(5)Marissa B.
The food is amazing, the waitstaff are friendly, personable and nice. It makes you feel at home. I would suggest this place to everyone I know. The interior gives you a beachy feel.
(5)Bret A.
Great breakfast food right on Gulf Boulevard. Wait staff is rather opinionated and like to share those opinions, but that kind of goes with the quirky beach folk territory. Full plates on all orders from their special to omelettes to biscuits & gravy. By the way HUGE biscuits! - one is more than enough!!

Last time I ate here, I got hair in my scrambled eggs. Not just one strand either, but multiple strands of hair.

best pancakes around... folks, these are seriously GOOD "i don't care about my butt" to dye for, pancakes. everything else is good to fair - basic diner food. This is where the cops and the fishermen eat, - always a good sign. best budget choice for breakfast.
(4)Julie O.
Great little diner style breakfast/brunch place. Generous portions and cheap prices. The pancakes are ginormous - about 1/2" thick. I've never seen such fluffy pancakes and they were quite tasty. I had the biscuits and gravy and the gravy was kind of blah until I heavily salted and peppered it. I guess that's a good thing since not everyone likes the same amount of seasoning. Good food for very reasonable prices...we'll be back, for the pancakes at least.
(4)Yo Y.
Awesome quick breakfast place, very affordable. Pancakes are awesome, but everything else seemed good too. Great for out of towers who don't want to pay crazy prices at their resort hotels. It's not a big place, but bigger than it looks on the outside. Definitely recommend.

2.5 Stars. The place is tiny, and we had to wait a couple minutes for a table, even at 11 am. I asked the waitress about the soup, and she told me they were only serving breakfast. Which is totally fine, until I saw on the menu that they serve breakfast all day and lunch starting at 11 am. It was a few minutes after. The food is average at best. Everything was greasy, including the potatoes which had no crisp to them at all, and the bacon which was very, very limp and sad. The thing is that I can't complain too much, because the bill for two meals and two drinks was just under $16, including tax. And it was walking distance from our hotel. The waitresses all seemed friendly. But the food wasn't worth another look.

We ate here twice on our recent quickie trip to the beach. I like the turkey sandwich on rye. Don't try to order it before 11:30 though!!
(3)Kimberly D.
Cute little place! A nice and inexpensive place to eat after spending a morning on the beach. I had a delicious burger with slaw. Next time we are in the area I want to try something off of their breakfast menu. Enjoy!
(4)Tom D.
If you are looking for fast food, good quality and at a VERY reasonable price, look no further than Kenny's. Breakfast for lunch, lunch for breakfast .... It doesn't matter. Plus you are a block from the beach and can walk off those eggs!!
(4)Kyle G.
If you're a fan of the NYC-diner type establishments, this place should serve you well. Nothing better in the morning than a huge breakfast, fresh coffee, and fast service. Prices were great (particularly for the location), and the food was scrumptious. Also enjoyed the staff immensely. Probably not the place to take kids, at least for my sake...
(4)Greg J.
We have a condo across the street and were excited thave breakfast/lunch place close by. The food is not bad but the service and ambiance are seriously lacking. You get the feeling that the staff doesn't like their jobs. Could be better with an attitude transplant and some sprucing up.
(2)Andrea B.
Ok breakfast place. Our server was very nice, but the another one did nothing but bitch about another waitress that works there. Bitch in a very loud voice, relentlessly through our entire meal. If you stop in, sit as far away from the restrooms as possible. There's about 5 feet between the toilet and the closest table. Maybe all the flushing drowns out the bitching waitress.

ok..am i in an episode of the soprano's or what? you can hear kenny's brooklyn/queens/jersey? friendly chatter behind the grill. hands down best deal on the beach! cheap, fast, and hearty meals. they serve breakfast until closing (2:30pm). very clean interior, super friendly waitstaff that greet you at the door. love it here!
